Genshin Impact is a Chinese action video game. It has gathered a lot of talk around it lately due to the release of a series of updates. With the out of version 3.0, the game should get a new character Collei and many other unique features. The release of version 3.0 should be followed by several updates.

This time the company has slightly changed the usual schedule. The sequence of the release of new patches will be faster than it was before.

If you are just waiting for a Genshin Impact update, you may not attach too much importance to the upcoming releases. However, if you're focused on getting future patches, you should consider a few things. Usually, new versions are released six weeks apart. But this time, for some reason, the company decided to depart from the usual schedule. The developer has announced that versions 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 should come out five weeks apart. It is not yet clear whether this schedule will be permanent or will return to the usual six-week schedule after the release of version 3.3.

In this regard, developer miHoYo is changing its requirements for passing each level. If you're worried that you can't do in five weeks, what used to take you six weeks, the developer has made that provision. Now, to pass the level you need to gain 900 points instead of thousands to reach the next level. For now, this innovation applies only to current updates.

So, the new patch schedule looks as follows. Version 3.0 is scheduled for release on August 24. Patch 3.1 is scheduled for release on September 28. Version 3.2 should be available from November 2, and update 3.3 should see on December 7.

The developer seems confident that everything goes according to plan and that he will release updates in time. So we can stick to this schedule and expect new patches.

What do you think about these changes? Are you expecting an update?
