Apex Legends Changes Firing Range for Mobile Version
2021-09-27

The highlight of the free-to-play shooter category, Apex Legends, has been having more or less the same Firing Range since its release, save for a few updates. But for the mobile version, the developers made huge improvements to the Firing Range, which may be a sign for the upcoming updates in the main game.
Surprise for the Community
The Shooting Range helps players to aim better and try out the Legend's skills not only during intense combat. Players have also been waiting a long time for new features that they believe will improve the gameplay. For example, a weapon with endless ammo, a mod for practice with friends, and the ability to choose difficulty settings for bots.
The company listened to the players and delighted them with these exact features in the mobile version of Apex Legends. The game is currently available in several regions, but developers will expand it to more countries. The new Team Deathmatch mod has become another highly anticipated feature that has been requested by users of various devices such as versions for PC, console, and Switch.
Just a Hint or Something More?
This update is very much welcomed by the players, but it also leaves us with some questions. Should we expect the same from the main game, or did the developers decide to differentiate between the games? According to the game’s producer, the company has ambiguously hinted that the infinite ammo option will soon be part of Apex Legends.
The ability to play against friends in ‘Free For All’ mode intrigued a significant number of players. Unsurprisingly, the lack of this feature in the main game leaves only an outdated version of 1v1 battles in the Firing Range. In this mode, players can't select specific weapons or set time and score limits.
We hope these changes won’t take too long for the Respawn team to release the desired features. What do you think about this new update? Feel free to leave your thoughts in the comment section below and share the article if you liked it!
