Fortnite x Uncharted: Nathan Drake and Tom Holland Skins Available

The Uncharted saga may be finished in its original form, but the franchise doesn’t stop. The recent movie is obviously set to start a series of its own, and the original characters aren’t forgotten either. The next move in the franchise’s advance is a crossover with Fortnite, where you can meet Chloe Frazier and Nathan Drake – each of them in two versions.

The excess of character appearances is simple to explain: there is the canonical Nathan Drake from the game series, as well as his younger version portrayed by Tom Holland in the movie. Chloe Frazier is similarly available in her cinematic and gaming hypostases. The costumes are, as usual, available in the in-game shop for V-bucks.

The movie Uncharted, based on the eponymous video game series, was both criticized and praised for its casting. The skeptics pointed out that Tom Holland isn’t much palatable as Nathan Drake. Their opponents argued that the movie is effectively a prequel to games and a standalone project, so it shouldn’t be criticized for inconsistency with the game canons.

Fortnite is famous for its constant crossovers and collaborations. Each season features new characters and sometimes storyline elements from other franchises. These are not necessarily games: they can be movies or TV shows as well. With Uncharted, Epic chose not to choose between movie and game versions of characters and introduced both of each.

So far, there are only wearable outfits announced. Probably the crossover will feature extra cosmetics. So, starting with February 17, you can witness how a movie Drake takes out the game Drake (or on the contrary).
