Operation “Valkyrie”: A Cool Trick in Apex Legends

Being quick and evasive like a mist is everything in Apex Legends. Especially when the force field is closing in on you and finding a new defense position or vantage point is of crucial importance.

And if there still may be a good bunch of unliquidated enemies lurking around. But, as it seems, a perfect solution has been found: Valkyrie x Ash tandem.

The idea is ridiculously easy to execute. But it’s also ridiculously effective.

First, you need to work in a duo. Preferably with your buddy, When you get both Legends,  your next objective is finding the tallest building or structure on your current map.

Among the possible “points of operation” are: 

• Fragment's skyscrapers.
• Skyhook buildings in World's Edge.
• The Storm Catcher on Storm Point
• The rocks near Market in Kings Canyon and so forth.

You get the idea: the taller the thingy is, the better. Once you locate any structure similar to those mentioned, Phase Two of the operation will begin.

Now, you need to make it to the top of the structure. For that, employ Ash’s Phase Beach. Then, use Valkyrie’s ability dubbed “Skyward Dive”. Note: Do this before the out-of-bounds countdown runs out.

As a result, you’ll get yourself some sort of improvised runway. From there, you can “fly” to any part of the map, making it there much faster than you’d usually would on foot or even with the Valkyrie’s ultimate.

The hardest part of the operation “Valkyrie” is to persuade someone into recruiting one of these two legends. You know how stubborn strangers can be in the game’s lobby. So, your best bet is, again, to recruit a pal and pull this together, coordinating the trick via voice chat.
