Angry Birds 2 review
The Angry Birds series, which started in 2009, has many games. The developer Rovio has decided to release a sequel with the uncomplicated name Angry Birds 2.
Gameplay
The principle of the game and the plot remained the same. What's new in the game? Firstly, it is a changed principle of passing the levels. Now they consist of several stages. During their passage, you can get additional birds – for this, you need to destroy as many structures as possible and fill them with fragments of a special scale.
The sequence of birds in the second part is not regulated. You can choose which of the first three available characters to start on the pigs.
In addition to ordinary birds, so-called spells appeared. For example, you can inflate most of the pigs at the stage, set one of them on fire (it will explode later), fill them with golden ducks, etc. Spells can be quite effective in difficult moments, although it is more interesting to play without them.
Various game elements have appeared on the levels. Once you get used to them, you will get many options for passing the levels.
Graphics
Angry Birds 2 has become surprisingly spectacular as if Rovio had their team of directors and special effects masters. Despite the seeming minimalism, the beams crash into millions of shiny fragments, the little pig soars into the air and flies right before your eyes. You even regret that there are no 3D glasses.
Technologically Angry Birds 2 will find something to surprise. For example, here for once – the most beautiful backgrounds. Angry Birds AR has a cool soundtrack and nice graphics.
Controls
Every time you start the game, you will be greeted by a screen with a scan of the environment. With its help, you need to find a flat surface on which the levels will unfold. Scanning occurs automatically, it is enough to guide the camera over the selected area. On the area highlighted in green, you can start the game by touching it.
Here's your first life hack: move away from or approach the target area to adjust the scale of the game. Thus, you can expand the game over the entire surface of the table, or, for example, only on a small part of it.
Pros
- Sensible and interesting changes in game mechanics;
- Updated level building in the game;
- At level 25, an arena for battles with other players opens up.
Cons
- Annoying internal payment system;
- Frequent advertising while playing.
